Our practice accepts most major credit cards and PPO insurance plans.

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets your needs and your budget.

Mint Dental Membership Plan

To help ensure our patients’ overall oral health and the highest standard of care, Mint Dental offers a membership plan especially for patients who do not have dental insurance or whose employer no longer provides it.

Membership Benefits

• Two routine exams
• Full mouth x-rays (Adult) or Bitewing x-rays (Dependents)
• Two cleanings with topical fluoride application
• One emergency exam and x-ray
• 30% off all eligible dental treatments
• Courtesy take home whitening kit at the completion of treatment plan (excluding dependents)
• A total value of $1200

Enrollment

Complete an application and pay your membership fee in full. You can start your treatments the same day! Mint Dental Memberships are valid for one year.
